Kings of Leon played DAR... this was my first time visiting this venue, and let me be the first to tell you, DAR suuuuucks. I will never pay to see a show there. Lines were horrendous, staff was stupid, and shooting there was a nightmare.

Dan Deacon rocks the Hirshhorn After Hours (11.7.08)

Danny D (pictured) came to DC and killlled it. Hirshhorn After Hours is one of the best events DC has to offer, the party was killer, and Dan definitely added to the overall awesomeness of the entire affair.

Hercules & Love Affair came to DC. They are currently tearing up the NYC disco/electronic rock scene. Nomi Ruiz (pictured) is famous for among other things, being a male to female transgender artist.

Dave's Halloween party rocked, and so did US Royalty. They all told me they want to play more house parties.

Broken Social Scene came to the State Theatre in Virginia... they put on a great show. There's like nine players in their band, crazy awesome.
